Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

To use BUDPRN, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Service Description

BUDPRN provides a software-as-a-service platform. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service remain with us. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as necessary to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
